About the Festival
Encouraging the youth of St. Albert in their artistic pursuits
St. Albert Rotary Music Festival
The St. Albert Rotary Music Festival is an annual festival nurturing the young performers in the community of St. Albert. Each year, we have welcomed more than 1600 young musicians and over 60 volunteers who contribute more than 1500 volunteer hours.
The Kiwanis Club organized the first music festival in St. Albert in 1977. The Rotary Club of St. Albert assumed responsibility for the festival in 1994. Hosted by local churches and community centres, the festival is a cornerstone cultural event in our community.
Our Mission
Our mission is to promote participation in, and appreciation of, the performing arts through the St. Albert Rotary Music Festival and other related opportunities.
Our Philosophy
The Philosophy of the Festival is to encourage the youth of our community in their artistic pursuits in an environment that is committed to education and excellence.
