Registration Opens: December 4, 2023
Early Bird Registration Closes: February 1, 2024
Are you anticipating special requests regarding date and performance times? Register before February 1st, 2024 for your special requests to be considered. Please note that special requests will only be considered if provided within the early bird registration period, and that we may not be able to grant all requests, but we will consider them in the order in which they are received.
Registration Closes: February 20, 2024
In order to finalize the schedule and communicate effectively with entrants, we need to honour this as a firm deadline. TBA selections also need to be finalized by this date.

Fees
If there is a question between age/grade: e.g., a 13-year-old in Grade 5 – choose whichever fee is lower.
The St. Albert Rotary Music Festival believes all youth should have the opportunity to participate in our annual Festival; receive feedback from a trained adjudicator and experience showcasing their talent in front of an audience. If financial difficulty is the reason for not entering the Festival, please contact us to see how we might assist.
Fees are generally non-refundable. For extenuating circumstances, please contact us.
